Q: How should I contact you about an order I placed on your eBay, TCGplayer, CardTrader, or Amazon stores?

A: Please contact us through the marketplace from which you placed the order. This is required by each of those marketplaces. We cannot acknowledge or respond to any messages sent outside of those marketplaces.

Q: Can I use my AU gift card to pay for online purchases?

A: Yes you can! Details are below:

If you wish to pick up your order at one of our retail stores:

• Choose the store you wish to pick up from as the Shipping Method.
• Choose "Pay in-store" as the Payment Method.
• Use your AU gift card to pay when picking up.

If you wish to have your order shipped to you:

We will need to convert your AU gift card into AU online store credit first. Please fill out the form above with the following information:

• Your name
• The email address associated with your AU online store account. If you do not have an account with our online store you must register one first!
• The full 13-digit number on the back of your AU gift card, under the barcode.
• The amount you wish to convert. ("Convert all" is an acceptable answer.)

We will convert the credit by the next business day (Monday-Friday) or sooner. We will e-mail you once it is done.
